Founder of Syrup, Jakob Daschek is passionate about pushing design beyond its traditional limits, constantly challenging the way people interact with brands. Jakob is the architect of the creative and brand strategies that Syrup builds for each client. His design aesthetics are heavily influenced by his Scandinavian background and he has been the driving force behind Syrup's creative growth over the past ten years. During this time he has worked with clients such as PUMA, GE, Nike, Sony, Aeropostale, Motorola, Judith Lieber, David Yurman,
Nokia, Polo Ralph Lauren, James Perse, Silhouette, Adidas, EMI Sweden, Miramax among many others. Jakob has been recognized for his work by many different publications (Creative Review, I Media, Print Magazine, IDN, Ad Week, New York Times, V Magazine, Los Logos etc) and has received numerous awards (How Design Interactive Award, Print Magazine Digital Award, One Show Award, Webby, Davy Award, Macromedia Site Of The Day Award, Art Direction Club etc). He has recently moved on to become a commercial director for RSA Films.
