Scott Free’s “Killing Jesus” Nominated for Outstanding Television Movie Emmy

July 16, 2015

We are excited to announce that Scott Free’s Killing Jesus has been nominated for an Emmy in the category of Outstanding Television Movie.

Killing Jesus premiered on National Geographic earlier this year and starred Kelsey Grammar, John Rhys-Davies, Vernon Dobtcheff, among others in a narrative adapted from the book written by Martin Dugard and Bill O’Reilly. The film follows the life and death of Jesus of Nazareth, falling in line with Scott Free’s other productions for the network, Killing Kennedy and Killing Lincoln.

Stay tuned for the Emmy telecast this September to see if Scott Free takes home the golden statue. Until then, congratulations to all parties involved in this fantastic production.
